I have been there customer for a year already, They are very nice, very caring and have the best support.
I don't think i've ever seen a better hosting company.
Very very bad... I am their client since 2008-10-18.
I had 1 account only. Few days ago I asked them if I could install a jabber server. (chat server). They said ok, but I had to upgrade my account to premium. Instead, I bought another account, this last one, PREMIUM. But after all they don't allow Jabber servers to run. i asked to cancel this second account and refund me (they have a policy of full refund on first 30 days). Conclusion: my first account is canceled, the second one is not, and I was not refunded. It is the 2nd time they mess up with my first account, what makes me lose a lot, because I have costumers that depend on that hosting service for their daily business. hosting24 does not respect their clients enough to know that they can't stop their accounts just because they feel like it. My first account is paid till 2009-10-17.
They had absolutely no right to cancel it. If necessary I'll post all documentation so you will decide if I am exaggerating any point.
It is a good place if you want to play webmaster games, but it is too expensive for that... Install Apache and php in your own PC and play. To be professional... here is my testimony.
