Customer service is simply out of this world. I can't imagine receiving better service from any webhost regardless of the price. And those of you that think $5.24/mo is a little pricey, you either haven't been around long enough to remember the cost in years past, or you've become jaded by the low-cost hosts. One word - Hostwinds is fantastic.

I've been using Hostwinds shared hosting services for my drupal site for 6 months. I can say that it has met my expectations. They usually reply in 10 minutes after you submit your ticket with a logical answer. I appreciate the quality of service, from the reliability of the servers to the live chat support. Their technical team is such an amazing resource. As someone who likes to solves problems by myself, I would appreciate more documentation over the technical details of working with Hostwinds to host complicated web apps, but the tech team is always more than happy to help me with my most complicated, or basic, questions.

The hosting also offers an admin page where things could be configured very easily. The main thing which I like about Hostwinds is that they are providing the extensive storage space in each of their package, and a wide range of domain name extensions. To start with they have a smart and easy to navigate website of their own. VERY SATISFIED!! :)
