Iobit has the highest download ranking at DOWNLOAD.CNET.COM for utilities&operating systems,it also rank at the most download software for last week at no 7! Doesn't mean that this company from china,their software are bad! I have been using iobit advanced system care for like 2 years and i think it did a very good job for my pc.

Not only have they stolen Intellectual Property from Malwarebytes, but they make it hard for even an IT person to understand the changes they make to the registry without backing up the particular locations to be changed and then doing a diff view. With titles like "Optimize such-and-such", I don't trust what they're doing.
Also, looking at some of their other tools, I suspect they may have stolen Intellectual Property from other companies such as Piriform. I will be investigating this.

I find this site and their software very good. every body keeps bringing up about ethical Issues..If I am correct that has been solved so why not move on and accept this company for good software. haven't you made mistakes in the past or are you perfect?

Very Bad, Go no futher! I downloaded a bogus anti virus/spyware type program which said that I had umpteen trogans (when I knew that I didn't) and then wouldn't let me back into my o/s. Had to fight it and force it to let me back in.
The defragger is great however.

This is one of the best software vendors ever. Basically, these guys provide a variety of tools, including anti-spyware (Issues regarding possible stealing from Malwarebytes resolved nearly a year ago. As of 4/3/2011), computer maintenance (Best I've tried thus far, beating the likes of Boostspeed and Glary Utlities), as well as computer tweaks to optimize PC Gaming. Lastly, they offer most of their software in free as well as paid versions. Smart Defrag is totally free!

They have legal problems with the database stolen malwarebite's, which was used for antivirus IObit Security 360 ... only that, the defragmenter is one of the best freeware out there, so do not disvalues that. Thanks so much

There is no spam on the site nor in software, there is a question in instalation process if U want to add toolbar.
Very good software, I'm using it from many years.
IObit is not stealing - if they were there would be case in court but there was none, some evidence were shown sow what stops Malwarebytes from doing so? Fake proves. Read iobit answer:
