Le site is.gd est-il sûr ?

I've got a link on my phone saying that our energy provider will pay us back money. As we changed of energyprovider and there was a huge discrepantie we called our provider before. They would look into it. That's why I clicked on the link. The provider's name was in it. I Didn't look at the number. Should have known this was scam! I've started the steps to check for the right bank account. But then I was asked to use my old paying method. That didn' t seem quit right! Lucky for me, my bank manages scam and phishing where as they blocked certain applications

МУСОР в полностью НЕЗАКОННЫХ участках, без любого юридического уведомления, в WHOIS, скрытом как обычно в ЖУЛИКАХ, который трясет повторный SPAMS для PHISHING затем ЖУЛЬНИЧЕСТВО ! This website allows to host other websites, which can be used for phishing or other illegal activities. The recent case is is.gd/R1Jfnc which is a phishing website. If any site allows that, and there is no way of checking that, then there is something very wrong with the original web site. I don't understand how many people can give it a good rating.
