SCAM! THEY STOLE THE MONEY FROM ME AND CAN'T PROVIDE A REFUND UNLESS YOU PROVIDE A PROOF THAT YOU ARE STRUGGLING FINANCIALLY! That's the first time I heard about it. I signed up to check it out and to try the trial period. I forgot to cancel then I was charged, contacted support, but they don't provide refund unless you provide a proof that you are financially struggling! FU!

Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of Jobleads. There are far better options out there that actually value you as their customers and deliver on what they promise. If you're considering JobLeads for its service, think again. Its performance is abysmal, characterized by low-quality service and lack of customer support. I recently experienced their so-called two-week trial service, and it was nothing short of a disaster. Not only did JobLeads failed to deliver on its promises, but its customer service was non-existent, and a complete lack of accountability. To make matters worse, JobLeads charged unauthorized fee to my credit card, adding dishonesty to its already poor service. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of Jobleads. There are far better options out there that actually value you as their customers and deliver on what they promise.

I paid for a one-off application which someone lead to a Premium membership of £59.99 per month! They should provide clear and transparent pricing models as all they do is push you to - what is clearly a friend's business of spin-off of their own - to pay £600 for a rewrite of your CV. Given not a single one of their roles materialized into even a conversation I also question the legitimacy of their postings. This may be legally set up business, but clearly just scammers.

It is a scam. They charged me with a 70 € fee I have not accepted. The jobs they publish are not real neither. Be careful.

It's entirely too expensive even if it did lead to meaningful results, and it leads to nothing you can't find on your own. This is, in my opinion, the scamming of desperate people.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT USE THEM!!! I was signed up to their premium membership without being aware of this and only realised when I got charged $75!!! I have been unemployed for a while and currently really struggling with the money, barely have enough to buy food and on the last month of my rent so I asked for a refund bc this is a 3 week grocery budget for me atm and I absolutely cannot afford to use the last little bit of the money I have on something I never even used and have no use for. I explained this to them and they first completely refused, then offered me 30% refund only if I was to provide proof of financial distress!!! I am absolutely disgusted with them!! You want me to send my personal details and my financial situation to some awful ppl online so I can get a $20 refund for a service I never signed up for and never even used?? DISGUSTING! The have 0 morals and are the worst company I have ever encountered preying on the vulnerable ppl who are already struggling financially when claiming they are here to help ppl get jobs!!! I will be making sure that their company as well as their ceo gets a great online exposure and their name and what awful things they do is all over the internet. Thank god for TikTok and viral videos finally shaming these horrible companies!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

Absolute scam! I cancelled same day as I started my trial subscription and followed the instructions as per their cancellation policy and they charged me the following month anyways. I have been emailing them with no reimbursement. Avoid this site!
2
Absolute scam. The free trial doesn’t give you notice about when it’s about to renew and they don’t care about your personal circumstances, as they say on their website. All jobs on there are terrible and there’s barely any jobs anyway. Avoid at all costs.

JobLeads offers 2 weeks free access and then automatically converts you to a paying Premium member (at $69.90/month). That's a relatively common practice with companies these days. The problem is that they DO NOT send you notification that they have converted you to a paid member and that your credit card will be charged, nor do they notify you when they actually charge you. This lack of communication is clearly a strategy to make money off of you without reminding you that you are paying. If they cared about their customer experience, they would send an email or text reminding you of your monthly payment, thereby giving you a chance to cancel your subscription. Instead, it just shows up on your credit card statement after it's too late. I find this practice very sneaky and dishonest and do not recommend signing up for any free trials that require giving away your credit card info. It's built to scam you out of money. They also refuse to give you a refund when you call them out on this.

Fraud Website . They should shut it down.

Job Leads are Scammers, be careful. Don't even try thier 1wk paid trial etc. Once you pay them for Trial or something, they just store your account details & keep taking money- without your notice. They don't have number to call & raising tickets they just close them Big Scammers, please don't use fall into thier trap

I write this review to help others get their money back, especially the jobseekers who got took advantage by this jobsite. I notice it is common practice to them to invalidate the refund request. Also, read other reviews aside from google, there are bunch of unpleasant scam reviews about this jobleads, the same case related to charges. Never ever share you credit card details to them they have good baiting strategy which I am unlucky that I fall into. I entered my card details to subscribe for a trial version in order to apply for their job posting, not even sure if the job posting is legit one, I saw from other reviews that they’re making up JDs. 3 months later, only when I notice there are 3 billings of 99$ dollar charges to my bank. I went back to my emails I saw only one invoice which also is the Trial Subscription confirmation. One more advise, NEVER reach out to their customer or support service for a refund they will just make you believe that you are not rightful for a refund and blame you as if it’s your fault that you signed their contract and you should have cancelled it right away, the contract they’re talking about is the one they sent that I thought is just subscription confirmation. They are so SKETCHY and clearly I was MIS-LEADED by this scheme. I would’ve cancelled it if there’s renewal notice and recurring invoices in my email to remind me. Even how polite my email at first trying to explain to them they will always point my fault and the contract I signed, as if they have prepared layout email, they don’t sound like the usual CSR you talked to. My advise is GO DIRECTLY to you card issuing bank to dispute the billing amounts charged to you, tho this should be the 2nd option when you fail to talk to the merchant’s customer service but as I experienced this “jobleads” csr won’t be able to help you in the first place. If you are unaware of these charges, you have the right to dispute and revert all the recurring billing amounts. The banks have policies about Recurring billing for Free Trials and Offers. Here you’ll also know that the merchant(jobleads) are TRANSPARENT to you by these measures: 1. Reminder and Notification. Did the merchant sent reminders for upcoming payments and notify any charges? Before they submit the first Billing charge, they should send notification and give you good amount of time to cancel the subscription. (if you receive the Subscription confirmation in your email, you should receive all invoices on THE SAME email you provided, this way the merchant is being transparent to you.) 2. Simple and easy Cancellation Process. In the confirmation mail, did the merchant include the steps for you to take when the trial ends? It should include instructions how to cancel the subscription that allows you to cancel before submitting the first Recurring Billing Charge. 3. Did you receive in your email a renewal notice after the trial period? If you agreed to recurring payments after the trial period, the merchant should reiterate their cancellation policy.

Very sketchy. I cancelled a trial subscription on the last day but apparently too late in the day. They refuse to refund the automatic debit for another month of their so-so service. Even after they deducted the funds, they sent me a "pay up now" notice. Not classy and totally unprofessional.

Scam business free trial but take £60 from your account even if you have cancelled AVOID AT ALL COSTS

SCAMMERS! I wish people read some reviews before they sign up for the terrible conniving unethical company you'll ever see in the Internet. I really wonder how they've been scamming people for so many years! I'm not paying them a single penny, even if they take legal action.

I wish I could give a -5 rating. Scammers and no delivery.
