Le site joymax.com est-il sûr ?

Joymax - one of the worst game companies i knew. I've bought those Silk (ingame credits) and it was stolen (My password and other security-aspects were ok). And that is not a single case. At the end, i've got nothing from which i bought. they didn't even gave me the tiniest compensation. The security of the game(s) and the lack of responsibility is ridiculous.

The game Digimon Masters Online (I play regularly, haven't tried others) has little to no support in the forums, however it's a very good game, although the users are not always friendly, but you can find some very nice people there, it depends. As for the site however, no support, about all it's good for is downloading the game and hearing updates. Pretty much nothing more. So, good game - bad site and interestingly Joymax aren't even the original creators of Digimon Masters :)

they have no unsubscribe link in their emails... nor in their website, anywhere... their FAQ is broken, unmanageable, can't navigate it, links broken, etc. bad java script... ... or... simply a malicious piece of shit even their 'contact' form was broken, i have no idea if they got my communique... so, last straw, been trying to unsub from them for a year or more

Service unacceptable. Website&security questionable. No feedback: Forums for the games could just aswell not be there. Games have bad to no support. SRO has been over-run by softmodding and hacking. No control over player population in Silkroad online. Player abuse is an everyday occurance. Certainly not suitable for children.
