i bought a game then they changed the passwords and scammed me, i request a refund from paypal and they declined..... scammers do NOT buy from them!

K4g is honestly the best website you can use to buy games and other useful stuff off. Its cheaper, reliable and the delivery is max 2 minutes. It's basically a SCAM site! I received a key that has already been activated, STEAM confirmed that it was not activated for my account. but they won't refund me. After 3 weeks of "investigation" they offer me 10% coupon, but I didn't get the game or my money back.
Avoid this site at all costs!

buyer beware i bought a game from k4g.com and never was able to open it. i waited on hold for customer service for about a hour for the person on the other side tell me that they can't help within 2 minutes of contact, didn't even troubleshoot with me. ive reached out multiple times to get my money back with no response from the company! Buy at your own risk!!!!

They will take your money and will not provide any solution and blame other companies such as Steam, Activison etc. buying from this company is like playing a lottery and praying something good comes out. be aware, just RUN!!

They failed to deliver the gift card and retained my order.

I have two main reasons to like their customer support. First is that they where there to resolve my doubts even before purchase, and second is that they are super fast, the maximum I have waited where 3 minutes. Also, English is not my first language, and sometimes there can be some miscommunication or misinterpretation form my part, but they are very kind and patient and left me with all my doubts answered.
