I have had the worst time dealing with this company. I ordered a product and was immediately told that it was not in stock and the order would not be fulfilled. Exactly one month later, I was charged for the order that I never received. A week later I noticed this had happened so I emailed Keurig. They told me that it would be sorted out multiple times. Nearly a month after that, while they were telling me that they never did charge my account I began a claim with PayPal. They never responded to me OR to PayPal within the 10 days PayPal gives a seller to respond therefore PayPal reversed the payment. They never admitted what they did and lied to me along the way! Be very careful, if you have an issue you will be treated like crap. They seriously don't care. It's shocking.
