The game is great for a F2P game model, however, like others have stated, the community can be questionable and the support service can be slow at times.
Hackers and exploiters are also an issue from time to time (it makes earning game currency tough sometimes) and the player market is for the godly rich (no really, it pretty much is).

Sure, it's a good game, but the website, customer service is TERRIBLE! You wait weeks, months, even years to get a customer support ticket answered. And they censor you on the forums if they think you post something "sensitive" like a Twitter account or a YouTube page.

But i sent in a ticket (Nexon's customer service complaint forms) and after 10+ months my problem has not been resolved. Very disappointed.

Bad game! They have horrible customer service, I got hacked twice and not coming back. I reported it but how long they took to respond? 2-3 months, but I was lucky, other people take at least 4-7 months to get responded! If you want to play a game with better services, much more fun then Maplestory or any Nexon games,play League Of Legends! They have over 32 million players. Try yourself: *****

The support team never really helps you with anything; I sent in a support ticket two months ago, and still get emails once a week to this day saying that it's still being reviewed. What the heck?!

Nexon also has somewhat bad customer service.
