Le site metacritic.com est-il sûr ?

Quite painful to see how site which was definetly best ~7 years ago is completely ruined by arrogant managment. First, they do not understand that 90% of this site are user scores. Not everything else they imagine, not whatever genger equality, not critic reviews. _User scores_. That includes good tools to see your own ratings (_you cannot even view them now_). Includes top level protection against fake or low quality reviews (even school kids can do better than what they have now by simply adding common sense weights). However, that's simply too late to fix. They probably never cared for user feedback nor for educated development team and by now deserve to simply vanish.

Actively corrupts media review scores by removing legitimate reviews and leaving up fake/artificial ones. Has a past history of removing valid user negative reviews for a game and allowing provably artificial positive ones. The review scores on this website are not objective, may be corrupted as a result of the site staff's bias, and are not to be completely trusted. Source(s): ***** ***** ***** *****

I wasted too much of my life not knowing about this site. It's the best place to find out what the critics think about pretty much any medium. I really like their Music Monday article, too, which tells you everything you need to know about the albums coming out any given week.

This site is great for reviews on computer games. Or that is what I use it for anyway. This site sums up reviews from all the big review sites, and let's you know the average score, both by news sites, and user reviews. Also, Steam (valve) are showing the metacritic score on each game on their store.

Other than the questionable ratings people give to certain movies or games, the site is a good reference for what has been released recently and gives a quick and easy way to find a new movie you'd be willing to watch in a movie theater or rent at home.
