Common sense tells us circumcision is wrong. An individual has a right to keep what he or she was born with. Only the individual should have the right to modify and harm their own body if they wish. Parental consent would only be appropriate in a case of immediate medical need. If you force circumcision on an infant, you have forced circumcision on the man he will become, and that means that no man has say about his OWN genitals, which is a violation of bodily autonomy and human rights. *****
