Lethally dangerous health "advice" and anti-vaccine rants. Pseudoscience central.

For those wondering why this site gets such a low reputation, read this ... ***** You will find nearly every site with a smidge of popularity that has anything negative to say about vaccines have a poor WOT rating.

I see nothing wrong with this site i think the negitive ratings are from peoples personal dislike with vegan / alternative medicine .i do not always agree with the post but it does not make it a bad site.

Not sure why others are giving this blog a poor rating. Downrating should be confined to websites with genuine phishing, bad script, and other fraud type issues or this whole WOT becomes worthless. I've visited and commented on this blog, and had no concerns about security of use.

Nothing wrong with the site that I can see. The naysayers are doing nothing more than pushing their own ideologies and have nothing to do with the safety of the site itself!! I cannot believe that WOT has allowed negative opinions on non tech issues to lower the rating on the website. How can one trust a WOT rating in this case??

This website is not going to phish your information or download you a virus. There is nothing on here that is going to harm children by the simple act of reading. Agree with the content or not regarding alternative medicine, there is nothing wrong with this website.

Whilst people may disagree on the topics covered on this website, the content is in no way unsafe for anyone, including children, to visit by general standards of online safety.
7
The website itself is sound--no phishing issues, viruses or pop-ups. Other users gave it negative reviews because they philosophically disagree with the content. I disagree with their low rank on "is this website suitable for children." As a parent, "suitable for children" means to me that a site is safe for a child to view (ie, no sexually explicit or violent images, no adult material). It does not mean a site void of religious, political, or philosophical controversy. When we start giving low reviews to websites simply because we disagree with the philosophy or belief system we're screwing up the whole WOT system. What happened to rating websites based on their technical safety (ie, is visiting this website going to give my computer a virus or a Trojan)?

I am frightened by anti-vaxxors and the mentality of the non-vaccination "special snowflake" mommy who wrote the article "Should Saying NO to Vaccinations be a Crime?" PEOPLE LIKE THIS CHICK ARE KILLING CHILDREN! This is entirely unethical. Vaccinations do not cause autism! Rawr!! Full of woo.
3
Dangerously bad health advice - it's a science-free zone, and spreads pseudoscience and woo indiscriminately. The anti-vaccination ranting is particularly virulent, and they link to all the very worst anti-vax websites. The site is a danger to your health and your children's health. Spreads dangerous misinformation about autism, including the utterly discredited theory that it is caused by vaccines. Links approvingly to the discredited research of ex-Dr Wakefield (struck off as a doctor for fraud and unconscionable conduct - read the full horror of his monstrous fraud here ***** AVOID!
