Le site momondo.com est-il sûr ?

This page isn't bad. I was looking for tickets in the USA here for a few times. And they were really cheep. But for newbie it might been seemed a little bit difficult to use it. Interface isn't the most convenient U can't save your search, so every time U have to fill the form. And it would be great if it been might to see review at airlines, cause most of them are not so famous.

I had a bad experience with momondo: I searched for a flight, and I was redirected to tripsta - one of momondo's partners I followed the steps, in the last very last step, after I typed my visa number and pressed okay I saw the the price jumped by 35 euro per ticket (total 70 euro). Gladly - I had a typo in my card number and it was rejected! I started the process again - I was curious - In which step did they add the extra 35 euro. I'm a very technical guy, and I pay attention to details. In other words - it should be very hard to trick me. I found the answer - When I chose the credit card issuer (Visa in my case) - they added the service fee It's a fraud, since a user usually checks the price and then enter the card details. They add this extra fee one click before the payment. I checked how it is in other site - mytrip.com, an other partner of momondo. there they put the the service fee next to credit card icon - This is how it should be - transparent! Momondo should add extra 35 euro to every flight from Tripsta until they fix it! I don't say that you shouldn't trust momondo, it's tripsta that you shouldn't trust, since momondo redirect to tripsta, I don't 100% trust momondo - this is the reason for my average trust ranking. From the other hand - eventually I did find my site via momondo. Just saying - pay attention what happens after you choose your credit card issuer.
