Over year ago Monoprice sent me a letter stating that my personal info may have been compromised. They were so concern that hey even paid for Identity monitoring service for a year.....

Excellent supplier of cables and accessories. There should be some concern regarding the privacy of credit card information but Monoprice has notified everyone of the situation.

All email regarding my missing items are ignored, did not sent items that we already paid. Until now no actions have been done. We are a platinum member and they did it to us, new buyers beware they are only good for the first time. To gain your trust and after that ... your just a ...
