I have been using the site for months- using the freely available services. They have not hounded me, bombarded me with ads, nor have they told me my time is up and now I must pay for a subscription. The free services are more than adequate for what I need, reasonable fast, and very convenient to use.

Good site to track your healthy living attributes. The only thing to remember that myfitnesspal.com has a social media orientation, which means that *everything* is set up for sharing.

As with some other users, I created an e-mail address specifically for this site and I started getting spam at that address ("buy pills at discount prices", "date hotties online", and similar junk). This service's infrastructure has leaked user information to a spammer and now I see messages to this address from several phishing sources.

Great site, however I've received spam on an old email address I used to use for that website as in, I subscribed with it, but haven't been using their services for a while (approx. 18 months). The email address is generated specifically and thus only used for this particular site. So if you do subscribe, be warned that after some time of inactivity, your email address will be given/sold to spammers! I only have to delete the address to get rid of this crap, but can you?
