Le site nippon-yasan.com est-il sûr ?

Paid good money and the order was paid instantly. Status has yet to be shipped and it has been 3 months. Cannot contact any of the Managers/Higher Ups, they are not replying to support tickets, phone support has been temporarily discontinued over 3 months now, live support doesnt know what the they are doing. Better places to spend money than here.

They have wide range of products with decent service. However, it sucks that they are sort of like a trader site. For many limited edition items, you realize that they hog lots of it and sell them at very high price, for which if you are willing to pay such high price, it's easily obtainable elsewhere too. They adjust and increase their price "according to market", but you find that for those which the market price drops, even very drastically, they don't really adjust to such. They also want to profit from shipping fees as well. I know all the standard fees for all Japan shipping methods, and they charge it much more than necessary. As such, I won't purchase from them unless it's the last resort.

Bought a few small items with them. A bit slow, but that's to be expected when shipping from Asia. All of the items I bought arrived within a month. The last one took 37 days, but I suspect it was because I was last on the preorder queue. Highly recommended.

I did pay alot for the fast shipping service via fedex. They didn't send it and after 2 weeks i asked for the article and didn't get any answer. a Month later the next message didn't got answered either. later i opened a support ticket, they apologized and the item finally arrived after 4 whole months, the expensive fedex payment was useless. This was my last time ordering there.

I made my first order from this site recently and I was very pleased. It can take just a little bit longer to ship than other sites, but Nippon-Yasan has a good selection of items for really cheap. I can recommend this website for everyone who got a thing for Japanese Video Games, figurines, food and etc. There are not many but they have a few items that can be classified not safe for kids. In short this is a great website for importing items from japan and I will absoluely order a lot from Nippon-Yasan in the future and you should too :)
