A mass amount of spammers use this website (seemingly) the most out of all the URL shorteners. At least in my experience. I gave the site a bad rating because it is not doing anything about it. They could refuse to shorten URLs that lead to malicious sites. But i guess since it's free, no one cares. Oh well then, i dont care either.

notlong.com is a free hosting service, a ready target for spam abuse.
However, they have no hesitation in acting upon reports, and will suspend offenders.
On June 2 2011 they removed 50 spammed URLs that redirected to PH Online, a Russian pharmacy fraud, withing hours of being notified.

stonefist: That was an old listing. notlong.com was removed from the malwaredomains list and now uses that list to block redirects.
