If you go on chat with them, they promptly answer your question and try to solve your problem. I am 100% satisfy with their customer service. So, If some body use their service to register a domain, and point that domain to a weak security hosting service (which can be a source of spammers), is not their fault from my point of view.

Verizon has just been awarded $33.15m against OnlineNIC for cybersquatting. Interestingly, Verizon could not find out who was behind OnlineNIC or even where they were based! Under this basis alone, they should not be trusted. Both Microsoft and Yahoo have similar lawsuits currently pending against OnlineNIC.
