This site is excellent and it has information regarding diet that is awesome! I have just begun using this system but my friend has lost over 50 lbs in the last 4 months. It works. Whoever looked at this site and just posted that it looks like another diet site is very mistaken. You might want to look at it before you decide it's bunk. Loser!

Interesting site with different perspective on weight loss. - there is a lot of good information here and Ken seems to be a genuinely caring person.

Offer products on Paleo eating. Support answered my emails and phone calls. Their sales process is different. And not everyone likes it, but they are a real company.
