I have NEVER had a problem with PayPal and have used the service dozens of times.

I've had two issues and PayPal sided with me and refunded 100% of my money on both occasions.

I've used PayPal for years - and it has been a history of problems. Someone made a false charge to PayPal, and I needed to call, e-mail, again and again to get this off my books. They have customer service.

As a new user of paypal, the experience has been quite good.Even when I first opened my account, I couldn't use it until I called customer service. As much as this was an inconvenience at the time, it shows they were on the ball security wise.

Using PayPal from time to time and never have had any problem... I am trusting their system ...

Luckaly there is paypal. Since you always have to pay in advance before you get what you think you bought, Paypal is the only security for buyers. If a seller is honest he doesn´t have anything to fear from paypal

I find it difficult to rate PayPal properly. Whilst it is a safe and secure way to transfer money, it is strongly biased to making themselves money.

I find Pay Pal very proficient in all of their areas. The only way anyone could be dis-satisfied is if they a/ are phised by a hoax b. do not have fair trading record

Now taken 16 days to to get limitations lifted with no end in sight now saying 21 days before I get a letter, don't believe a word they say as they seem to be all liars.
