Le site paypal.com est-il sûr ?

If you are using PayPal merchant service for your business, please be aware!!! They are real scammers! They have closed my account and hold the funds ($8400) on 6 month without an adequate explanation. After that I have received a huge amount of chargebacks from the customers (I suppose, they have sent the messages about "closed account" to all my customers who made purchases from my store and they have began chargeback processes. Customers who made purchases 1,2,3 month ago and received all goods, even they started going through chargeback process). I have sent all products to the customers and have all required documents including tracking numbers and invoices from my wholesale partners. I have provided PayPal with the all tracking numbers and invoices, but they have robed all my money. Now instead +$8400 I have -$3400 and I can do nothing with this :(

Постоянно меняет пароль. Я помню свой пароль + он хранится в мастере паролей от каспера. Какого чёрта постоянно его сбрасывать. Было такое неделю назад. Пароль поменял. Теперь опять двадцать пять. Зачем создавать пользователям проблемы и вводить их в заблуждение? Ладно. Пытаюсь восстановить доступ. Указываю тот же пароль, что и был. И вуаля! PayPal говорит, что я не могу использовать этот пароль, так как он уже был использован для доступа к ПС. Откуда он знает, что пароль уже был использован, если я его ввожу, и получаю ответ, что пароль указан не верно. Как? У разрабав палки похоже полностью отсутствовала логика при разработке этой ПС.

Within an hour of purchase on a site I thought was ok, my PayPal account was hit for a small "test" charge that was immediately cancelled. Within an hour and half, it was hit for a second much larger charge. I happen to have this card set up to email me when debit charges are made so discovered the fraudulent charges and disputed both within a couple of hours of their making. I changed my password & security questions on my account. I then ran Anti-Malware - it found & destroyed 2 'baddies' - running anti-malware is part of my regular routine, it. Meanwhile, PayPal also found these charges to be very suspicious. As my PayPal is backed up by my checking account, I was terrified of being totally wiped out - when I expressed this to PayPal, they cancelled my card and are sending me a new one in the mail - the disputed funds and my account are being watched for further odd activity for at least the next week or so, after which the funds will be released back to me. PayPal customer service actually called me (probably to calm me down as I was emailing daily) explained exactly what they had done, were doing and will do. I've had only a few other account problems (lost card, forgotten password and security questions, etc) since 1999, but this is the first time in 17 years that anything major has occurred - I agree 100% with PayPal's handling of the situation and find them to be completely worthy of trust. One of the other consequences of this incident is finding WOT and am paying much attention to those green circles!
