Le site paytm.com est-il sûr ?

Paytm quickly became one of the most popular platforms for payments and mobile recharges in India, and for all the good reasons. Its app is simple and easy to use and they continuously upgrade their service and network. However, the app occasionally freezes while in the middle of a payment. Not sure if it is due to my phone or they need to upgrade its app, but just wanted to point out this unpleasant experience. Everything else is just fine and keeps up the good work guys.

Paytm provides online recharge for all prepaid mobile, DTH and Datacards with 24X7 customer Support. Paytm also brings more value to its customers by offering a variety of free coupons and deals of popular brands with every recharge. Users can also recharge using Mobile internet or device applications \(iphone, Android, Blackberry & Java\)

Customer care does not understand basic English. Sent me wrong product and are not willing to take back my product. Do not reply to mails. Please check the MRP of product you want buy before you purchase as they sell the items above MRP and give discount on their price.

First of all, all the remaining comments below are outdated and are from 2012, 2011. This is 2013 and the site has been performing very well. A trustworthy site to recharge prepaid mobiles, DTH, Data card, Toll cards, Bill Payments and Bus Tickets. If the recharge has failed, your money will be refunded to digital wallet of your account on Paytm. You can also have refund to your bank account which would take about 10 Business days.

I wanted to try this service but decided not to when I saw the poor reputation on WOT. And the positive comments below are obviously fake. Update: I noticed that the new online recharge page on ***** links to this site (http://mtnldelhi.in/dolphin/index.php/online-mobile-recharge). So, I decided to finally try this service. The first time I tried recharging my mtnl delhi number, the recharge wasn't successful. I tried at about 11:30pm. 2 hours later my payment was refunded as "paytm cash". According to the email I received from paytm, "The recharge failed because of a technical error at MTNL - Delhi NCR". The next day I tried recharging again and this time it was successful. Perhaps other users have faced similar issues which can explain the poor reputation on WOT. But paytm shouldn't have added those fake comments. They could have instead added a comment as the website owner.
