Completely trickpeople into getting a paid subscription. Waist of time in filling out a pdf and when trying to download it, they try to get your bank information. Terrible!

Mysteriously four payments deducted from my apple (App Store) which has no record of these. Adding up to $150 and only after signing up to pdf filler and deleting my trial subscription. Fraud for sure

Been harrased multiple times by someone claiming to be sarah from pdf filler, and the last straw was when they claimed i sent a bank transaction despite not doing so

Absolutely not safe and should not be listed as safe. From the various comments, not only does the company steal money after ignoring cancellations, it also steals bank details so must put viruses on computers.

Absolute Vorsicht !! Es erweckt erst den Eindruck das ein kostenloses Ausfüllen / Editieren möglich ist, jedoch wenn das Dokument fertig ist, wird es mit allen Daten "dort" (ohne eine Registrierung zu fordern !) gespeichert und man wird sofort auf eine Bezahlseite weitergeleitet (mtl. 8,- € und weitere Bezahloptionen). Zugriff auf sein Dokument bekommt man nur, wenn man eine von mehreren Zahloptionen wählt, SONST NICHT ! Die Zahlung beginnt nach Ablauf von "kostenlosen" 30 Tagen. Was mit dem ausgefüllten und dort gespeicherten Dokument und privaten Daten passiert, ist nicht ersichtlich. Hier könnte ggf. auf einfachste Weise erheblicher Datenklau / Missbrauch stattfinden ! Eine Option "30 Tage kostenlos testen" -dann Lizenz kaufen- gibt es nicht !

RIP-OFF! Had to write a statement on a government document. Assumed it was on their (government's) website. Filled in, then could not print until I had opened an account. Site claimed I could cancel any time. Printed form then cancelled. Month later, I have been auto billed from my PayPal account and notified I have subscribed. Blocked future payments.
Did not have ANY indication I had to open account until after I had spent better part of an hour compiling my statement. And I had cancelled straight after, but still billed.

It's scam. It says you can use its services for free. Then the site asks you to open a free account before you can save your file but you MUST buy a plan first and MUST give credit card info before you can save your file!
Once you input your card details, it charges you $1 in the name of 'authentication'.

Impersonates the IRS by presenting a form 1040. Doesn't indicate it's not official until you've filled in all the information. Then it won't print or anything until after you create an "account". Now I feel like I need to put a lawyer on retainer.

Without clueing you in, PDF filler requires you to sign up for a trial membership and enter your credit information before it will even print out your first PDF. Many other forms are available that do not require this. I think it's misleading and unethical. It also wastes your time if you decide you don't want to give your credit card info to them after they've tricked you into a "trial" membership.
