Dreadful. Placed an order on the 17th December. This is now the 16th January and my order is not delivered. Customer service are a waste of time. They are no help whatsoever and have ignored my requests for a refund. Do not buy a thing from this bunch. You will lose your money!

Do not use this company! A proper scam - ordered a calendar and have never received it. Called customer services - they cut me off after a few minutes of calling. So, it seems they have stolen my money and they have the audacity to continue to send me special offers as if they are real!! Lesson learned….. DO NOT USE!!

Ordered a tee shirt for a christmas present on the 5th december. It arrived 3rd jan. I send endless emails. There automated responses were pathetic. Their tracking system is terrible I actually thought there were a hoax company given their lack of professional service. Ill never use again. They should be totally embarrassed by their offering.

Thank your Company for ruing the Xmas party. This is the worst site I have ever ordered from. I paid the extra 16.99 for the shipping, so my Xmas sweater will be delivered in time before the party. The shipping Extra cost said shipping will be 7-12 days by paying the $16.99. On December 5th this Xmas Sweater will be delivered by Dec 17th. Thank you for taking my money for the sweater and charge extra for a faster delivery just to ruin the Xmas party. You guys suck 100%, you should be embarrassed of yourself. Congrats for being liars, enjoy your profits.

Their t shirts are complete garbage. They print on pillow case material not shirts. They say they want satisfied customers but once they have your money they couldnt care less. For a few dollars more you can get a real printed t shirt elsewhere. Dont get fooled like I did. Buy elsewhere.

4 Shirts all completely unwearable I ordered 4 Jersey shirts and all 4 showed up with the mixed dimensions. I ordered XXL, but the shirts were not even XL in Width and over 5XL in Length, which made the neckline and first button start at mid chest. I provided 2 sets of pictures with dimensions after they initially blamed me for incorrectly measuring them. After 12 communications (email after support ticket created) they offered a full refund, then never processed it. The delay in the process exceeded the 30 day window for a PayPal Dispute so Printerval denied my PayPal claim for exceeding the 30 day mark.

LET THE PRINTERVAL BUYER BEWARE! I ordered 3 shirts, several weeks ago. 2 came fairly quickly; good shirts, great art. The 3rd shirt took alot more time as it came from China. I've had some disappointing experiences with orders coming from China. Suffice to say, had I known the shirt would be fulfilled in China, I would not have ordered it. The problem was when it arrived: a) it was made out of polyester or some man-made fabric which I can't wear. b) it was too big to wear. While I ordered the size appropriate for me nowhere on Printerval's description of the shirt, did it mention what the shirt was made of. So, if you are having a problem, "submit a ticket" and then the real problems begin. In order to to return or exchange, you have to take photos of the length and width of the shirt as well as the tag. My shirt had no tag, nor did it have a stamp printed anywhere on the fabric. I tried to explain this but email seems to be the only method of communication and that always took at least 24hrs for response They have 3 numbers you can call; one in Hanoi Vietnam, and 2 stateside, but no one ever picks up. I have sent them the requested photos 4 times but still no response. I would prefer an in store credit rather than a refund and would purchase several more shirts. Printerval seems uninterested and unwilling to do “the right thing” They say all the right things on their website but their words are hollow.

Terrible Company. STAY AWAY. Buyer beware! Please head my warning. This company is terrible. Customer Service is a Sham. I ordered 5 Shirts in February 9th, 2024 Received shirts in March 19, complained 3 were to small. They promised to send me new shirts with the right size. April 11 nothing. Infact, now they said i did not make a choice. I've had enough. They are a JOKE! STAY AWAY!!!!! THEY ARE BASED IN VIETNAM.

The administration behind printerval are the people posting the stolen works from the like of Redbubble, teepublic, amazon and ebay etc. They do nothing to stop copyright infringement and are very slow to react to take down notices. They are hidden behind cloudflare server which makes alarm bells ring and is the main reason to hide the identity of the owner and the possibility of being shut down immediately by the know webmaster host company. Only sites with something to hide use this service. So not good really and we are seeing more and more of these illegal sites popping up more and more and hiding their identities in the process. This company is based in Vietnam the king of copyright and it also has sites hosted in Printerval Australia/UK and obviously the .com site

Had some designs stolen from Redbubble. I know because they stole the mockups too. Sold my products using my mockups for half the price--right next to my own ads on google ads--and after reading many real customer reviews, I've seen an overwhelming amount of complaints about terrible quality products, receiving something completely different, not receiving anything, or not hearing from them at all. Scammers.

I wouldn't order from this website. They don't get back to you when you email them. My order hadn't even shipped yet, I asked to cancel and get a refund since wouldn't be here on time. I have pry sent 10 emails. Yesterday they responded that they were closing that ticket. Without getting anything resolved. Sent another email again today pry just to get shut down again.

Terrible customer service. Ordered some jumpers which arrived allot later than was promised in the website and quality was not good enough. Contacted customer aupport and after five emails still no response !! Wrote a review and got a generic email asking for all the details I had supplied in the emails. Terrible DO NOT USE

Same experience as everyone else. Paid for 3 items and they were never delivered. No reply from their supposed customer service after repeatedly opening support tickets. You can't actually track anything. TOTAL RIP-OFF. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST.

**WARNING** Don’t buy anything from Printerval. I ordered an “ugly sweater” and paid an extra for express shipping on December 4th and still waiting today (December 27). No signals from customer service despite the opening of 3 tickets. Oh and by the way all your orders are from a foreign region in China! This is what it looks like a SCAM COMPANY

Absolutely terrible customer service! I placed my order a month ago and nothing arrived! They keep asking me to confirm my order which I’ve done over ten times now. I have no idea when or if I’ll ever get the T-shirts.Judging by the comments below I imagine if they do arrive they’ll be very cheap quiality! Avoid this company !!!
