Le site psychrights.org est-il sûr ?

The comments that mark this site as dangerous suggest that it MAY be part of Scientology, because it is critical of psychiatry, without ever checking whether this is true. It is not. This is NOT a Scientology site by any stretch of the imagination! Not everyone who is critical of psychiatry is related to Scientology. Please stop conflating the two! Scientology is a dangerous cult. But Psych Rights is an important site that helps people who are being forcibly drugged, electro-shocked, and incarcerated by the psychiatric industry. It has life-saving information about people's legal rights. Please, before you negatively rate a site because of assumptions of guilt by association, do your homework and find out if it's true. Negatively rating a site on the basis of unchecked assumptions is prejudicial, and not helpful, and you may be responsible for turning people away from the very information that may save them from getting their brains fried.

This is a good site. It's a site dedicated to preserving and improving the rights of psychiatric patients. There's no malware, no apparent link to scientology, and no scam. Those negative comments are surely politically(/financially)-motivated or grossly misinformed.

There is a lot of very good information on this site, nicely organized. Excellent resource for legal mental health issues. SIte manager Gottstein has been instrumental in exposing corruption in the pharmaceutical industry. I agree that Big Pharma is probably behind attempts to lower this site's rating.

Entgegen der irreführenden Selbstdarstellung von Scientology als „Kirche“ handelt es sich jedoch um einen gewinnorientierten Weltkonzernsekte mit riesigen Umsätzen aus einem vielfältigen Firmengeflecht. Ausserdem: Angeblich enthält unsere Nahrung zu wenige Vitamine. Deswegen werden die Mitglieder dazu aufgefordert, Präparate von Matthias Rath - ein umstrittener deutscher Arzt und Wunderheiler dessen propagierte Heilverfahren der Zellularmedizin sich in wissenschaftlichen Studien als wirkungslos gezeigt haben - einzunehmen. *****

A nine for child safety? Obviously the work of Big Pharma! This site is all about getting and keeping kids off toxic, brain damaging drugs they don't need and looking out for the most defenseless victims of current psychiatry. We'd made so much progress; But psych is going back to it's roots in torture and abuse with the drugs Psych Rights exposes and so it should get a high score on child friendly! And across the whole board.

Some Big Pharma marketing department has spent an awful lot of time and effort to get this site a big red Warning! tag. I guess it's stuffed full of the truth about the toxic garbage they sell as psych drugs lately... These folks at PsychRights do good work; maybe important work is a better description. The information on toxic horrible drugs here is absolutely factual. I know this from my own research as well as from having been tricked into taking them. This garbage costs many thousands of dollars per month per victim- all bled out of the taxpayers pocket through Medicaid.

I've visited psychrights.org often and never found anything there that would merit the poor rating it received. One has to suspect that people and/or organizations opposed to its mission want to discourage psychiatric patients and Human Rights activists from visiting! For the record, McAfee Site Advisor gives it a green flag and says: "We've tested this site and didn't find any significant problems."
