They were prompt work getting back with me and refunded my full amount without excuses or hidden stipulations.

Quibids is a scam. I recommend that no one use it.

Although I am new to this community, I have been with Quibids since August 2010 and I have never had an issue with them. When I decided to try it, I did READ the sign up page and it clearly states 100 bids = $60 USD. I knew I would be charged. Anyone who submits their CC information should know that they will be charged. The only issue I have now is that the site has grown tremendously since I joined and YES, it has become harder to win, but if you read the HELP section, watch some auctions before you place your first bid, you can win. I still win although I have had to choose lower priced auction values to bid on. The site has become over run with rumored colluders and those with endless bids. Many people are using 3rd party software to track auctions but I feel Q is doing everything they can to catch the "crooks". Does Q need to make some serious adjustment to their rules, in my opinion, YES. I would recommend this site for those willing to be patient and don't choose an $500 item as your first auction.

I've done the requirements but I'm not getting credit. I've spent a hundred dollars and they keep giving the run around.

Penny auction sites are a scam designed to appeal to gamblers and other addicts. Nobody gets brand name merchandise for pennies on the dollar. What happens is the sites function more like a lottery- and a heavily stacked one at that. Every one of them should be illegal.

I have had no problems at this site

Poor site. Malwares, security threats and a lot

This site should be limited to "adults only" as there are financial risk to those who do not take the time to read ALL disclosures contained therein. There is no such thing as "something for nothing". An investment of real money is required to participate, but for those who take the time to read, watch, and learn...the potential wins can be quite large, when compared to other sites like Deal Dash. Definitely stay away from Beezid! Now that site is a total loser for the user, speaking from personal experience. P.S. I AM NOT the Mom of anyone affiliated with the ownership nor any employee of Quibids...just for the record. I AM the proud mom of a decorated police officer!

Legit site. Do your homework though, some people shouldn't gamble. But don't ruin others fun.

Pretty much everything that can be bad on a website is bad. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE, there has been no proof on any stolen credit cards but I wouldn't trust this site with a penny; and I can almost guarantee you that if this site ever had any trouble with their money your credit card would be their first place to go. Now talking about their iffy method's of selling... The whole plan with this website is to encourage you to bid as many times as they possibly can make you, then just buy their own product and gain profit from the money charged for bids. There have also been stories of customers who did win actually never receiving the product while still being charged on the credit card; I don't know how much of this is true but I wouldn't doubt it.

There's nothing wrong with this site. Before you join, read EVERYTHING. This is not eBay. The site makes its money from the bids, not from the sale prices. If you read everything on the site (and there is a lot of information to digest) you'll know what you're getting into. It is neither a scam nor is it misleading. Don't click on things before you read, and don't assume anything.

It is a gambling site disguised as a shopping site. Most people lose their money paying to bid and a few get lucky (gambling). Odds are messed up by some experts with bots that have a big advantage.

This site has a wide variety of completely free greeting cards for all occasions. I have used it for many years and am very happy with the service. I noticed that the other ratings are for a site called Quibids. I got to the rating site from http://www.free-e-cards-online.com/, a free greeting card site. The account is completely free and I have never been asked for a credit card. I am not a shill, I'm a satisfied user of free-e-cards-online.

I decided to visit this website a couple years ago. To view the site, I had to make an account. While signing up, it asked me for a credit card number. Like some other sites, I was assuming Quibids wanted to confirm that I was at least 18 years of age since it never mentioned anything about charging me. When I hit the submit button, the site automatically charged me $100 without my consent. I am furious with this site and had nothing but problems. Customer service is terrible. I highly recommend everyone to stay far away from this site.

As a new member, my Real Bids seems to be competing against others' Voucher Bids, which means others' bids unit cost is less than mine -- expensive apples to cheap oranges. Plus, Bid-o-Matic is like a cash register to QuiBids, where an auction depletes your bid count pretty quickly, and one Bid-o-Matic expert wins most of the bids.

should be illegal, they use bots and false advertising, when you actually win something it doesn't get sent to you

i've been using quibids for ~ 1 year and figured out to win auctions. today (31.08.) i logged into my account and there is a message on the "quibids" - site that AUSTRIAN costumers are all barred from this site. I'm angry about that, because 1) quibids didn't send any information about that to my mail-account and my remaining bids are gone as well... - the way quibids handled this situation was very unprofessional!!!

(ALL THIS INFORMATION HAS BEEN PROVEN WITH MULTIPLE FACTS.) This site is a TOTAL scam. Multiple (3,827) cases have occurred where the user bid for an item, and have not received one and yet the user did win the auction. (Have gone to court as well.) The site also contains a large amount of advertizements that are malicious and hijack worthy. Not only that, but their advertizing system contains ADULT ADS. The site has a false Google+, Twitter and Facebook connect button, asking for their password. The site uses tricks to get you to buy items. QuiBids uses false advertizing. The site offers a malicious toolbar for QuiBids that installs adware and hijacks your browser. The site spams your e-mail once you enter one in. They connect to other places aswell, Nigerian pharmacy scam emails... etc... The site uses bots to try to make QuiBids look better, by posting fake ratings and fake reviews. It has been proven in the code of the site that a bot computer clicks and runs ads to gain money for the site and generate hits. The site is on multiple (28) blacklists, and blocked using most firewall-antiviruses. Quibids is listed as "Scam" on the "United States theft prevention" list, and the "Swedish anti-communist" list. This site has been proven to create false news documents claiming that the QuiBids is not a scam, and false reviews. Lawrence Locke filed a class action lawsuit against QuiBids claiming it violated the Oklahoma Consumer Protection Act and common law fraud, alleging that it does not disclose that the majority of customers lose money on the site by bidding on items they did not win. Other federal lawsuits have also been filed claiming illegal gambling and false advertising by, among other things, misappropriating images from news websites, fabricating customer testimonials, credit card theft, and cyber-attacks. There are multiple (13,952) complaints towards QuiBids.
