No third party scripts, no obtrusive ads, no tracking cookies. The site is completely safe.
Child safety is not really an inherent problem of the site. There is no sexual context to the feces, as some people have claimed. It's just people uploading pictures of their poop. And, let's be honest here, that's pretty *childish* in itself, not adult. The other commentators are really just overreacting or projecting their disgust for feces into their ratings instead of giving an objective rating.
There may be some incidental nudity, though I have hardly found any and what I saw was in no way sexual.
My only real concern would be the ads for sexual content or shock sites like rotten.com.
