I have been shopping on this site for over 10 years. NEVER have I had one single problem. I can't imagine how a company like Realgoods got any negative press. In fact, I trust realgoods more than I trust WOT!

Solar company, not a pill company. Perhaps the first reviewer was reviewing a site before a domain change.

Been a customer of Real Goods for over 30 years buying many earth-friendly and alternative energy products not available elsewhere. **NOT ONE problem.** Ever. Real Goods IS knowledgeable, innovative & dedicated to bringing to the WHOLE world needed technology. Expect excellent service, Go see their showroom/ compound off Hwy. 101 in Hopland, California. They walk their talk and you will see exactly what is involved. In June they hold a celebration. Both catalog and website available. They have a great children section - toys and science oriented kits. My son loved the photovoltaic powered hand fan. They were the only store I have found that sold solid straw hats with brim for sun protection that fit me. Bought a water pump to supplement our windmill to bring water to the surface at slack times. This business and their people are wonderful. Go see them in any fashion you can.
