It's Malware AND it's a scam. Let's face it there are not many malware distributors out there who have the audacity to charge you for the privelege of their nasty little exploits. But this group (it can't be one person; the sheer scale of the fake reviews, the complexity of the web of fake sites all link back if you take the time to investigate thoroughly. I've checked on ICANN and in the last few weeks they have put some of their more well known domains up for sale ... (Cheesesoft, Webminds, QiWang Computer, Qibest etc. - you can spot their domain names a mile off). They are becoming well know as cads and bounders of the information superhighways. Guys, you can run but you can't hide. I'm on your case. They are already setting up a whole new series of web shenanigans as I type this. They keep on top of it,

ive been using registry easy for 2 years now and even though my antivirus says threat detected all its done is help speed up my computer (antiviruses detect it as a threat cause it can access your entire computer and delete stuff, but thats why it makes a backup before deleting)

Download this as my friend did and you will find yourself with rogue malware. It will say that you need to buy the full product but it does nothing - SCAM. Can be tricky to remove as it edits some of your registry and plants itself in so many different places. I recommend running your PC in safe mode w/ networking, running Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.malwarebytes.org/) or another safe and good anti-malware program and then doing a scan, it will find the rogue and remove it. Make sure you restart it in safe mode w/ networking too. Once you've done that, you need to delete any registry easy processes such as RegEaseUpdate.exe, RE.exe, RegistryEasy.exe. Then do a seach for anything to do with Registry Easy, and delete it. Run CCleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com/) to clean up your registry and bin. That should do it. Restart your computer normally and you should find nothing or maybe a couple of broken shortcuts which are harmless. Hope this helps :)
