I love to shop websites that are secure and I notice RoadTrucker has a GREAT SECURITY. You noticed when you order a product and you enter your personal information the address bar turns green and the browser start with HTTPS, that's one thing that you need to pay attention in ordering online. Security matters most.

Only bought one time, but all went well. Super information, manuals and videos, etc. Very good prices on logbooks and Truck locks. Fast Checkout and getting around the website is also. It's a trusted website. Great customer service. Call fairly late and someone answered the phone. ok RoadTrucker

I love to shop here in RoadTrucker way back in the year 2012. Not because of there good products offered but because of how they layout their websites(easy to browse), how they detailed every information of each products, easy to order, secure checkout and their good customer service.

Very helpful people and more information on products then any other website we have been to. dan1984 is right, they do not take phone orders, but that has nothing to do with trust. RoadTrucker just feels that you should act responsibly with your credit card and giving your card numbers over the phone is not as safe as it once was, especially with Magic Jacks and Internet phones. This is one way to loose your identity. Thank you ***** for explaining that to me when I wanted to order over the phone. I signed up for PayPal and now I don't even have to give my credit card number or my addresses whenever I order on the internet. That's great customer service.

great website with easy to find merchandise. love the customer service. called late at night (on a sunday no less) and someone actually answered the phone. they also recommend that I use goodle checkout or paypay cause they are safer then just using the regular checkout. I got a kick from their customer feedback pages which also listed the negative emails they got. I ordered and within 2 days the item arrived as advertised. I am happy. road trucker has honest people.

I have been shopping at ***** for years and have always had a very good experience. Prices are decent, support is above excelence, they answer their phone at all hours and will tell you if they do not know something and will get back to you on it. I especially find the technical savvy and support here to be excellent and very trustworthy. If a product gets a lot of returns, they stop selling it and let you know why you should not buy it. On several of the products I have bought, I received an email with tips in the product and suggestions on how to get the most from it. I really trust the owners of this website who are very friendly and straightforward in doling with their customers. They are not your average store owners, as they are not afraid to tell a disrespectful customers to shop someplace else. I know. I started out by telling them off for a bad product I thought I had purchased from them, but later found that I had actually purchased it from a truck stop. I had to call them back up and sheepishly eat crow while apologizes. In short, roadtrucker is my first stop from all my on-the-road shopping. JJ.

Called them to order a couple of things. They aren't very friendly people and have poor customer service. I didn't order from them because i think customer service is a very important part of feeling comfortable shopping online. I was not comfortable after the phone call.
