I bought a Tote Bag Set and what I like in this set is the bag, because it has parts of iron handles, which makes it more resistent. Most of my bags spoil due to the weight she carries and to have this detail makes it more resistent. What I don't like about her is the fact that you have no inner closing, but apart from that, we can always put the smaller bag inside, to improve storage. In addition, this smaller bag comes with the possibility to put handles on the sides. We can take it with us when we want to go lighter. I was very pleased with the articles, the material and the price. The delivery time was excellent, as were 6 working days.

he tenido problemas con la empresa debido a la reglamentacion de aduanas de mi pais. al enviar mas de un paquete por pedido y eso no ser aprobado por el gobierno uruguayo, me ha perjudicado la politica ya que a pesar de pedirles muchas veces que solo enviaran un paquete por pedido o me informaran al respecto jamas fue oida mi solicitud y por tanto termine perdiendo dinero. en cuanto a reclamaciones es sumamente dificil tratar con esta empresa. referente a la mercaderia es buena, el precio tambien, los talles se condicen con lo que esta publicado y tienen enormes beneficios y promociones. mi consejo es que si su pais tiene alguna restriccion sobre ingreso de mercaderias, piensen al realizar la compra. si no es asi, sera un gusto y un placer para usted lo que va a recibir.

I have placed 5 orders with RoseGal, each arrived and was what I had expected. The sizing is asian sizing so that can be confusing for people from north america who don't realize that different regions have different sizing. US 3X = Asian 5X. That can be a blow to some people's egos, but it is no different than shopping with UK or AU sizing. When you shop internationally you have to know how things are made. The site has a size chart and under most of the clothes they have what size in the US it normally fits. I appreciate this because sometimes they say the 5x will fit a US 20, sometimes US22, so it really helps you understand how an item is cut. I have ordered clothes, wigs, decorating tips, costume jewelry, and wall decals from them. All came as described, two of the dresses I ordered are now my favorite dresses to wear. I don't find them to be sketchy at all and when I compare them to wish, I would much rather shop at RoseGal. Wish I had to return every clothing item, their sizing is unclear. They tack on crazy shipping charges, RoseGal ships free, and RoseGal often arrives sooner than a wish order. I don't see why anyone shops at wish, perhaps if you are straight sized, but if you are plus, RoseGal is better. The only down side is that they don't carry more in the 8X range for the women who are larger.

I ordered a top sku:205517718 which ran smaller than all the other tops I'd ordered from Rosegal.com.I followed their measurement charts, yet this particular top ran small. Small even for their sizing. The top was only $12.55 with no tax and no shipping. But $12.55 wasted is still not acceptable. I looked into returning it and was shocked to find that sending anything back to China, no matter how small, would be a minimum of $50! I expressed my concern to Rosegal not only for this particular item, but hesitant to order anything else for fear it would not fit. They assured me they would make it right. and they did. They refunded my money back into my account within just a few days or less. I decided I should pay more attention not only to their measurement of sizes, but to the style as well. I decided to order from now on one size larger and stay away from tight fitting garments! They did not have to refund my money.
