Rozetka is a popular online retailer with a large selection of electronics and household goods. However, delivery times can be unpredictable, and some orders are often delayed. They improved their delivery service, this is one of the most important aspects for online stores… offering a wide range of products is not enough… What is the purpose of buying from here if I need to wait weeks for my order to be delivered?

Если покупать товары именно от Розетки, то цены отличные. сервис норм.

На товары, где продавец не розетка - просто накидывают сверху комиссию около 20-30%. Выходит абсолютно не выгодно покупать и переплачивать ни за что.

Сама идея магазина очень даже не плоха, но развелось множество недобросовестных продавцов продающих товар с алиэкспресс! по ценам оригиналов! будьте осторожны!

Много раз покупал, проблем не возникало. цены средние, сервис норм. Единственное, с подарочными сертификатами у них лажа - указываешь в заказе, что он есть, при обзвоне напоминаешь, приходишь получать на почту - а там ни сном, ни духом. и так 3 (!) раза подряд...

Нормальный инет магазин, но цены не всегда самые выгодные, можно найти и дешевле. Зато не должно быть проблем с гарантией.

Покупал материнскую плату в этом магазине. Плата для компа в другом городе. Пока отвез туда, обратно, 14 дней истекли. Плата проработала там 3 дня и сгорела с дымком. Без причины. В гарантийном отделе Розетки сказали, что случай не гарантийный, хотя объяснить почему не смогли!

Покупал акустику 5.1 в Розетке, обращался в местный СЦ из-за вылета одного канала - СЦ неуд в зачётку, Розетке плюс в карму - уладили вопрос гарантии. Хороший магазин.

Покупал два раза ноутбуки остался доволен! Отличные ребята, быстро качественно надежно и не дорого!
