Those are there for a reason. Without the ads above the game in the free players section they woulden't be there at all. Yes, the banners pay for the F2P servers. Want to get rid of them? Become a member.

Muri72 who said his child has crashed his computer 3 times by playing ***** a plain idiot. This game is completely safe and has no viruses or spyware or anything. If it was unsafe and gave viruses, then over 130million+ people would have a virus on there computer.

The company that runs RuneScape has terrible customer support. It is literally impossible to contact the cusomer support.

I've played for years now, I have had a membership with them for most of the time, and I have canceled it once. They stopped charging my card the month I quit the membership. Moderators are good at their job, I never really have to report anybody.

This is good game, but there are stubid commercals in above of the game.

possibly not suitable for young children, since within the game, there are abusive players who bully a majority of people. in addition, the ages are not displayed, so a 30 year old man can talk to a 12 year old girl with out realizing it. therefore, supervision may be required for younger players.

a good game, which is entertaining. however, the child friendliness and safety is questionable. other then that, the adventures in runescape entertain greatly.

RS helped me loads of times with my account recovery, and delete those who annoy me, and I' m glad that I can help them bust 'em

RS is infested with no-life 8-year old hackers, where is the world coming to? While they should be playing outside, they play inside, on RS, wasting their young lives with doing crazy things, 'cus I don't think you'll still be playing hide-and-seek when your over 14.
SO: Runescape ruines lives, not that I care, the blame falls upon the victim, who can't stop playing and get agressive (Youtube: crazy german kid)

Contains NO adult content, whoever posted a complaint on that area should think it over, because I don't see any nudity, or bloody gushing out of your opponents, maybe a paint splat, but that's about it...

Jagex is a reliable company, and they have recently been cracking down on anyone who violates the rules. I am a subscribing member of the game, and there isn't any content that I would consider adult content. As for the users who aren't as mature as they should be, that's what the ignore list is for. I usually only have to keep people on the list for a week because I don't see them after that.

this game is good for all children both boys and girls. censorship is a big part in the chatting experience of the game.

Not very child-safe. Great game, but they have no way of having kids prove they're over 14, and it's a very dangerous site if you're irresponsible (you might give out your address accidentally).
