I visited this huge German electronics chain store hoping to get some great deals on electronics and appliances. I mean, how hard can it be, right? Spoiler alert: very hard. It's like they've tossed "great service" out the window. Staff looked like they'd prefer to watch paint dry than help me. Meanwhile, I was just trying to look for a microwave that doesn't look like it time-traveled from the 90s. Save your time, people. Unless you can cope with the thrill of receiving absolutely no assistance at all, steer clear!

Es wurde für meine 75 jährige Mutter eine Spülmaschine inkl allem Service und Anschluss für 99 Euro dazugekauft. Es kamen 2 Leute via Hermes, die sagten, es wäre zu viel Arbeit und fuhren wieder weg. Jetzt sollen wir trotzdem noch 50 Euro für die Nurlieferung bezahlen. FINGER WEG BETRUG!
