Lastly, they will ask you to fill out countless online forms on their site, which will result in them saying “wait for an answer” or “refer to our terms of service”. Horrible management, customer service, and company overall. Will never do business with them again. Good riddance.

I can understand they want to be "safe", but then they asked for: - Government ID, front and back, okay. - Credit Card, front and back, okay. - as well as - and here it comes - a bank statement showing my address, and my current bank account balance.
