After trying unsuccessfully for numerous times to log in to my account and jumping through hoops and copying a different password many times, I gave up and called customer service. It was also difficult to use, but I finally was able to talk with a (sub)human and accomplish my purpose.

In my opinion this company and website are another example of a company getting a monopoly contract with a government agency and then being totally unscrupulous in their pricing and in effect price gouging people who are in a difficult situation. This site refuses to give out pricing information and in reality they are what we used to call bottom feeding scumbags. If they did not have a captive market they would not succeed because people free to choose would never choose to use such a company which is why they get by with their unethical and what we used to refer to as highway robbery.
