Le site sephora.com est-il sûr ?

Great site although the rating system is either 5 star or 1 star. People usually only rate if they really like something or really dislike something. I think there should be a method to this rating system. If something is really a 3 star then I may consider not buying it etc...

I have been a Sephora customer for some time, and frequently shop online and in store. I have ordered hundreds of dollars worth of product from them, and have never had a problem with a single order or return. In the case of any issues their customer service through their helpline or in store (even for items purchased online) is excellent. Their return policy alone makes shopping with them worry free as I know I can return a product if I am not happy with it, even after use. When shopping for makeup it is sometimes hard to shop online, but Sephora's superb product descriptions make this much easier. The site is very well laid out, and perhaps one of the prettiest sites I shop on. There is also so much information available here in such a well delivered manner that the site itself even makes a great shopping companion when in a Sephora store. Thank you Sephora!!
