I-yogi helped me get rid of a root-kit that had invaded my Laptop. They cleaned up my computer, and helped me become aware of what websites to avoid going to and how to optimize the safety and protection of my computer. I have been able to access them at all times of the day, and speak with them on the phone as well as over the computer. They have always returned my phone calls within 24 hours, if I had an issue that needed to be resolved but took more than 1 phone call to research and fix. I-Yogi is a company that is safe and helpful. they are a company whose website can be trusted by Web Of Trust, for all ages. There is Nothing on their website that inappropriate for a child.

IYogi is A rated by BBB. I've been with iYogi about 2 years and they are a life saver. One of our major computer magazines said there are 3 better tech contracts, but one session with them would cost as much as a whole year with iyogi. No one knows everything, no matter how much you pay. If one tech doesn't know how to fix some strange problem, another will. They aren't happy until you are happy. I recommend them to anyone who needs help and is not a total expert. They are thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, polite, professional, and patient. IYogi sells programs, like McAfee saas, Total Defense, Outlook, Word, etc., at a good discount, and they are the real name brand programs. IYogi also has some of their own programs they created and sell. The only reason I can think of that anyone would rate Yogi as poor is if you are with a scam artist claiming to be iYogi. There are plenty of them, and they would be using an email address similar so you won't notice. The scammers use the name of the best companies, counting on name recognition, and they can ruin the reputation of excellent companies with people who don't investigate their self.

iYogi has saved my butt more times than i can count. They have never failed me... Because i ask, They always teach me more and more. BUY THEIR SERVICE. GREAT PRICE. ***** Direct by Phone. Make sure you speak with a tech whose English you can understand... if not get a supervisor to address the issue.

i yogi i was one of the best sites on the internet. it is validated by the wall street journal, the new york times, etc, etc. it has two million customers. it is one hundred percent legitmate. i have been their cusomters for five years. to put them down as dangerous is completely wrong. you had b etter investigate on your own. it might be that their competition is trying to take away customers. i request that your company examines i yogi yourself, to get rid of this malicious evaluation. it does harm to thousands of hard working technicians that spend years in universities to quality for the positions with i yogi. thank you. alfred sigman

IYOGI is an excellent site with excellent help available twenty four seven. Yes, like anything else you can get connected with someone who unfortunately may not be as aware and knowledgeable as others. BUT, you must be conscience of that and keep in mind to watch what they do and if they sound funky, call back and get someone else. I have been with them for several years and they are only excellent. If you have a problem, they can find the answer and FIX it. It is well worth the contract price....

I use this computer support site and find it to be very good in providing service on a timely basis. I especially like the fact that they can remotely do the operations necessary to fix a problem instead of trying to tell me what to enter. They always explain what they want to do and ask your permission before taking any action. I do not understand why this site has had ANY negative comments. They do their job in a professional way. I think that you should question the validity of the negative coments on this site.

Best money I counld have spent. They cleaned up my computer. They have also helped me with several problems. Also very polite and helpful. I have been on with them for long periods of time. I like it best after 11:00pm EST. THEY ARE THE BEST. IF YOU NEED HELP SEE IYOGI.

I need to update my last comment. I had another visit with iyogi after upgrading to Avast Pro. This time the first contact did a logmein connection to look around my pc. After showing me supposed antivirus apps conflicts that I know was not true, he summoned his supervisor, who proceeded to try and reinforce his underlings assumptions. That is when he started to ask for big $$ to continue his diagnosis. I asked him was he tech support for Avast, as his company name is on a big banner at the top of Avast's Support page. I asked that he fix the Avast Pro problems w/o charge. Any way to make a long story short, I did not pay anything and did not receive a solution to the problem. I uninstall Avast Pro and problem went away. I now am running MSE. skilz853

I've only used iyogi once. It was because I went to Avast with an issue and the phone number for iyogi was listed as a contact for support of users of Avast Free. I called and got an immediate answer. Within a few minutes, someone called back and directed me to their website contact page. They had me download LogMeIn and connected to my computer and checked the issue in a few minutes. This is the best computer support experience I've ever had. I am totally confused why WOT flagged this page as "Very Poor'. Someone needs to fix this. skilz853

I've used iYogi for a couple of years. They provide good support. How the website merits a poor reputation--including even for child safety--is beyond me. Some WOT users appear to be abusing the WOT--and thus bringing WOT's usefulness and reputation into question.

The poor rating on this account 'iyogi' is terribly unfair. My computor was full of viruses and some bad Trojan's . 'iyogi' did a perfect job of fixing all of my problems. I vouch for them and would recommend them to anyone. The ratings for this site should be changed I don't know who gave them such a poor rating but it makes me reconsider how good a program WOT is. Now I don't trust WOT evidently it doesn't really check out the programs it gives ratings to. If it did this 'iyogi' would not have such a poor one.
