Like many of these more annoying "download" sites out there they host content provided by other people for sharing while charging their users to download the other peoples own content. It is possible to use the site for free but this is where the most annoying part comes in, the service cripples itself for "standard" users adding pre download wait periods of as much as an hour and limiting download speeds to 100kbps to encourage users to buy their highly expensive "premium" access to content which isn't even theirs, would almost be worth if it they had their own content to sell for that membership. Very abusive way to go about things there are many other sites online with allow sharing of files without such annoyances and certainly without intentionally crippling their services for free users (although some give priority to paying members without harming free users access which is fine).
