Agreed with Naman_G, their customer service is very poor. Most often, a lady picks up the phone; she's sooooooooooo annoying and stuck-up

I purchased speakers from SD it was damaged then i returned it back till date not received the item, already 2 months passed,
Customer care is hopeless and have only fix answers,
called 10-12 times
no customer grievance facility, money minded business,
I dont recommend to use this services flipcart is far more better.
SD dont have business ethics

Hi All,
I would highly recommend you all never to consider Snapdeal for any product purchases. I just had the worst experience with them. I had ordered a poduct from them and I had to wait for 20 days without any update from them! After 20 days, all I get is a "cancellation" and not the product. I had to spend a lot of money in contact them all through this period and this is what I get.
In addition, they had given me a signing up discount coupon. I used it on this item (about 20% of the price). Now, that they have canceled the order, that discount too is gone.
Their customer service is highly ineffective and they always give template replies.
Also, they do not allow account deletion.

This is a very good site and they are providing high support for customers, last week i bought pen drive, books and many other things. I got delivered within 6 days so it has good service too. I recommend you this website as good

snap deal is a very bad e-commerce website. the company is cheating peoples. i purchased something from them and after 7 days they notified me okay your order is confirmed so it took 7 days to confirm my order and after 2 days of confirmation i was told sorry we are refunding you back the money and you will get refund in 21 days . still waiting i have neither received the product nor the refund.

I'm not sure about the services offered by this website but its a fact that after registering your number with them you'll find annoying SMS.
I've un-subscribed from sms but still those bulk msgs continues.
