Just awful… What happened is the low customer service and broken product. I bought my brand new PS5 in their official store, with all certifications. Coming home, with a pleasant feeling that I’m gonna relax and play some games that were bought also at the same place. And like always, there goes the disappointment. It didn;t switch on, displayed nothing on the screen. Contacted support, no response. I understand, they're a global brand, busy and all the stuff, still a little bit of attention won't be odd. Hopefully, I could return it back, at least…

Not like it was before. I used to remember the times, when sony made a boom in industry, with its game consoles and high-tech telephones. Now, what we see, new PS5 with nothing special, except its price. The reason why people still use it, because of cool games, releases, accessible only there. But, I prefer PC, better prices, can be used for other purposes too.

Okayish website. I bought here loudspeakers recently and I believe that Sony produces really quality loudspeakers where you can regulate low and high frequences, setting up speakers the way you need. Since I am into music, it's valuable for me to have such speakers which have clear sound without any distortion. As for their website, then there is nothing to talk about. They represent their products to customers, speak about sustainability and other hyped topics. However, I wonder how such company can contribute to the nature...
