I have been purchasing things from Publishers Clearing House for year either through the mail or through this web site. The only issues I have with PCH is that they have unwanted pop up ads which my computer has a huge WARNING about which they are not PCH, do not open or go to those sites! The other issue is that if I order 3 or more items they want me to pay in full when I order, but there web site states I can pay in monthly payments that my credit is good! If I call them and complain about it they send me the stuff as per the Web page, if I do not call they will not send me the stuff I ordered! I have never won anything from them, but I do know people who have won, not large amounts but like $100.00. Some of the stuff they sell is good and some of it is junk! They do have a 100% money back guarantee if you are not happy they will refund your money as they have done for me many times due to a plant not being healthy or dying, a item breaking or not performing as stated, etc. I have gotten defective items through the years, but I have never had a problem getting my money back for an item that was a dud! Through the years I have ordered hundreds of items through them as their are some things I really love, like the clips for the plants just to name an item which I keep reordering through the years! The majority of the customer service representatives are great, by the way if you ever do get someone who is not that good, hang up and call back, since sometimes people may be having a bad day and not realizing they may be taking it out on others, who knows maybe they had a death in the family?
