Le site stores.ebay.com est-il sûr ?

I have been using ebay for years & have never been disappointed. With usually so many sellers selling the same item with free shipping I have always been able to buy the item that fits my budget like the most comfortable shoes you own. For example, I bought a "Gone with the Wind" metal cigarette case with a removable, refillable metal butane lighter. I had refilled this lighter before several times. However, This time I got curious to see the inner workings of the lighter & pulled it out. Well, I broke the lighter so I contacted the seller & told him the truth of what I had done. I then asked him if he SOLD any lighters that would fit in the case. I figured it probably would cost at least $15.00. He emailed me that he would just send me a new FREE one & he did. I received it in about a week. I couldn't believe it --- no cost, no shipping fee. Now that is a good customer experience.

I mailed back a part that was incorrect and i guess they said it took to long in the mail so there would be no return, thank god i payed for tracking. They were going to resale my part to some else and scam me MAKE SURE YOU PAY FOR TRACKING WITH THESE GUYS.

Lostmybrain is a great seller. i received my purchase by its promised date and am thrilled with the purchase i received from this vender. I would highly recommend this vender and i will be purchasing items from this vender again and again. Ebay seller FunnyBom sold me a waterproof camera. This camera is a rip - off. It is not waterproof and picture quality is bad. When I sent it back they claimed: "After inspect ,the damage was caused by artificial operation problem. The problem is the batteries cover didn't fasten before you put it into the water. The repair cost is USD70.00,please kindly confirm us,if you accept it" Which is more than the advertised cost of the item. This seller is a shark and a rip off!

I'm sorry that 'madaknitt' had such a poor experience with this site.I use these people all the time for items and have never had a problem that couldn't be resolved. The one time (out of at least 25 orders so far) my merchandise wasn't all in the order I was promply given a refund,including the shipping costs.Of course, I had insurance on my order. Without that I can't expect the seller to refund my money when the postal service loses the package.

stores.ebay.com is the generic subdomain where eBay stores are accessed. As eBay doesn't actually sell anything (unless you're a seller and are paying for eBay services) the stores are all 3rd party and, although most are good, there may be a few frauds out there.
