This is bs high fructose corn syrup is way different than sugar. These people know they're full of shit. They would play on words and distort facts. The fact that high fructose corn syrup is in practically every other food you buy because it isn't regulated. They say the government doesn't regulate it as for or against it. But we all know if they did, that stuff would disappear. It is in your bread even. Really they need that crap in your bread? That crap makes you fat. I stopped eating foods with that crap in it and I lost weight instantly. I lost 26 pounds thanks to DIET and EXERCISE. If I eat anything with that crap in it now it makes me sick because it is just not good for you and my body hated it! Really try cutting it out of your diet for about 6 months and then drink a soda. You will hate it and just goes to show it is far from natural(like cigars) let alone healthy. Yeah sugar made me hyper as a kid and they try to say it doesn't work that way. Well that is the most retarded thing I ever read on this site yet. I know first hand sugar makes you hyper. I am sorry, it just doesn't work any other way. The trials where biased in favor of their collapsing business. Really do it cut it out of your diet, you will be surprised how good you feel. Hell I even still eat sugar and candy bars. I just cut out high fructose corn syrup and I don't get bad headaches and stomach aches from eating high fructose corn syrup products (because it is hard to avoid it now think about that). Really a correlation? Yup believe it, just simply isn't good for you like natural cane sugar or honey. Listen to them like they're patronizing you telling you that they know best. Fuck them don't listen to them you know better. Hell it is a joke at best. From what I see no one is buying into it. Because they're the ones that did eat it and know of its effects!
