Le site swreg.org est-il sûr ?

I too have had a bad customer experience. In my case, the site that I bought software from STILL has yet to send me a passkey. Not only am I disappointed with SWREG, I'm also disappointed with the software company as well. (Separate WOT submission)

I am unsure what the deal is with this people. I have a charge from them in my Pay Pal account. I *think* it might be from software I purchased (EarthDesk) but am not sure. As far as I can tell, they just process charges for software purchases and provide the server space for downloads. The "value" they provide developers is the server space and bandwidth, not the credit processing since they just route through Pay Pal which anybody can easily do anyway. This needs to get resolved. If swreg is responsible for those downloads and not providing them, then they need to get nailed. If they are charging people out of the blue, then they really need to get nailed. But if they are just processing transactions for merchants who then defraud people, then they might not deserve this rating. I am on the fence and still trying to get to the bottom of this charge. But I thought I would at least add this piece of information. It looks like they will process payments from anybody, good or bad.

SWREG accepts business from highly questionable Internet scam sites. SWREG will not respond to your help tickets when trying to obtain a refund from scam businesses they process funds for. In my opinion this makes them complicite and a party to fraud. If SWREG is the funds processor expect no help when you are being scammed and ripped off. Shameful American company.
