Attempted to cancel account several times, without any luck. I finally had to contact my bank (after 4mos.of being billed) to have company blocked from billing credit card.

This site has pirated my work. No one but me has rights to my books and they say they are offering a free eBook download of one of my titles, "The InnerKinetics of Type." They are a scam and/or totally illegal in that they offer products to which they have no right as is my personal experience and that of others who have reviewed them here.

Very misleading signup process, which I accidentally found myself in though a link in a forum, which I know recognize was spam. Next thing I know my credit card is being charged. Was frustrating trying to cancel, but eventually found an area of the website to contact them, and they cancelled and refunded my account quite promptly actually.

This site attempts to get Credit Card Information "in order to VERIFY ADDRESS" . the excuse they use is somewhat lame since they have anyone's IP address when they access their website. Consequently, I decided not to enroll or give out any personal information. I would recommend the same for others. Children would not understand the consequences of giving out personal information so I rated it "bad for children" and suspicious".
