Tried to report a issue with a user that is spamming and hacking my website and they do not care about you. Time to have the police.

Very VERY bad company. They will spam you continuously until you purchase extra products. There is no way to stop them doing this. After three years of harassment I have had to cancel my service with them AND change my phone number after repeatedly asking them to stop calling me, then threatening with legal action. They will not listen. Honestly, do not go with TalkTalk. You will regret it.

Currently hacked back pages I think. All I know is spam is being sent out through hacked email accounts: hxxp://www.talktalk.co.uk/misc/redirect.php?kamas&ref=aol.com&hdparm=yahoo.com&url=***** Redirects to: http://abcweeknews.net/esubmit/bizopp_main.php Redirects to: ***** NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

Any problems I have had were sorted out pretty quickly they e-mailed me so I could confirm if the problem was fixed or not I found them to be very helpful

Since talk talk took over, my service has declined considerably. Lots of issues not resolved, hard to contact and advice that was given was not customer orientated or user friendly. Get alot of spam too.
