Bad hosting, they support criminals as said below. I've had a long experience with fighting denial of service attacks, and trust me, everytime the last to fix were theplanet. EVERYTIME. After one week i have to send them a reminder because they would not stop the attack. They should be prosecuted for their support to criminals.
