Le site trustpilot.com est-il sûr ?

I don't remember leaving a review on this site, but last year I got an email from TrustPilot to the effect of the text below, and this year since I finally discovered the email and responded, they just keep replying to me with the same form letter, without explaining anything specific about the content of my alleged review. I don't really care about this site, but I am offended by their communication with me. Here's the email I keep getting [with some of my own commentary]: "We want Trustpilot to be the universal symbol of trust [it is not], where everyone [not me] can share and discover genuine experiences. That’s why we use automated [impersonal and potentially inaccurate] detection technology and a [perhaps short-staffed] team of experts to look for unusual patterns and take action where this may not be the case. "In this case, unfortunately, we found unusual patterns linked to your review or account [no further details provided]. While our detection technology is usually spot on, we understand that it may get things wrong. That’s why we ask reviewers to send us documentation to help us verify their experiences if they think we made a mistake. [I won't be sending any personally identifiable documentation that I don't need to send.] "To help us confirm your review is based on a genuine experience, we need documentation from you. "What you can do: "Please reply to this email with any documentation showing your experience with . [WITH WHAT??] "It could be a receipt, order confirmation, or a phone call history. "Documentation that includes details like the business name or your name can be helpful in verifying your review. [WHAT BUSINESS?! SERIOUSLY, I DON'T KNOW AND YOU'RE NOT TELLING ME.] "We process data in line with our Privacy Policy. "Once we have the documentation, we’ll reassess and reactivate your account and get your reviews [WHAT REVIEWS?] back online if everything checks out. "If you have any questions, just reply to this email—we’re here to help. [YOU'RE NOT HELPING!] "Thanks for your cooperation, "Abhinav A, Content Integrity Team"

It`s nice to live in the 21st century, when you can check online reviews. Anyone can write bout anything, just have internet connection and smartphone. So, trustpilot is kind of trusted and popular source of leaving the reviews. Especially, they put an effort in the design, very pleasant eyes that are tired of this disgusting forum layouts of 2000s

Trustpilot is a helpful platform for checking real customer reviews and assessing company reliability. While useful, some reviews may be biased or fake, so it's essential to read critically and look for patterns. Overall, it's a good tool for gauging reputation.

These fcking ignorants are supporting spammers and other wrong doers by removing valid reviews just because the bad company did not mention the victim name, so the reviewer can not prove the name. I have wasted a lot of time with their content integrity team which consist of a bots/ignorants who just demands reviewer to provide a proof of a reviewer name. But how can you provide a proof of your name if for example spammer did not mention your name in the SPAM. I have pointed out this, but they are not willing to improve and they continue removing valid reviews knowingly and supporting bad companies this way.

I like to go to Trust Pilot as one finds reviews for products in a (what I like to believe) a fairer and more honest light. Unfortunately, I also know firsthand of companies that push their employees to almost 'coherse' clients into placing 5* reviews. That's why I can't give 5*

Trustpilot does not reflect the actual level of trustworthiness of many sites it lists. It says it estimates trust based on criteria such as "how close one website is to another". What does "close" mean? I don't consider it to be trustworthy or useful.
