Le site uber.com est-il sûr ?

Suporte O suporte é péssimo e eles não respondem às reclamações dos clientes do site Reclama Aqui, fica difícil mandar uma mensagem quando acontece algo incomum e parece que eles não têm número de atendimento. Vou para a 99, que conta com todos esses serviços e parece valorizar a segurança e a satisfação do cliente em um nível completamente diferente. O Uber também cobra constantemente alguns centavos a mais no cartão do que o que está sendo mostrado no aplicativo.

The service offered is fair but customer support and support for their android and iOS builds for their application is woefully negligent. They promote services which are either out of area, thus not available and offer no point of contact for customer feedback of their software, which has become basic nagware in promoting useless content. They then spam customers for said services afterwards. Not very good.

Сайт то может и замечательный, но спам шлет немеренно. Приглашают водителей, обещают 120 тр. Хм, ну да... Карман поширее раздвиньте. А лучше возьмите губозакаточный карандаш и закатайте, что раскатали. Убер обещает дешевые поездки по безналу. По безналу вы будете и получать. Вроде все замечательно, но вот беда... чем меньше стоимость поездки, тем меньше вы получите. Сам имею подработку в такси везет, компания с относительно низкими ценами на перевозки пассажиров. Зарабатывать, в принципе можно, но это работа на износ себя любимого и своего железного коня. 120 тр хм, ну да... - господа купите себе губозакаточную машинку

There are many many reasons to stay away from Uber. Economic reasons include wage destruction. Sure, the taxi industry has it's problems. I wont argue that. What is worse is when we continually declare war on the American worker. When businesses complain about low consumer demand they need to look in the mirror. You can't blame everything on the government. Then there are a whole host of creepy reasons to stay away. The following service isn't a good for employees. Uber doesn't treat it's employees with respect, they refused to accept my 'first time riders' and often didn't pay the extra bonus- however, allowed the rider to have the $25 dollars off, proving that they new he/she was a first time rider. The support center often had large delays, often reaching from 3-6 days before actually having any real service- even then the support center lied. Upon requesting for a manager they just redirected to another employee, often redirected to a person whom I've already was addressing or addressed previously and I clearly knew wasn't the manager. Upon finally reaching the manager, they'd often lie saying it hasn't been placed into the system- or saying that it'll be added tomorrow.. Uber's administration lies, making false, misleading and unethical claims. Uber suppresses it's employees, deactiving users accounts if they disagree: ***** Uber ordered 5000+ rides to harm Lyft (there competitor) ***** Tons of other unethical, questionable methods Uber is using to increase profits. Uber isn't trustworthy, and it's website is providing false information. Simply Google search "Uber unethical" and you'll receive tons of results.
